Marketing & Communications Lead
My first year at Toyon was spent designing and implementing a full company rebrand to elevate our visual identity and industry presence. This included work such as redesigning the logo, implementing new type styles and hierarchies, creating a new visual design and color system, creating a company brandbook, and culminated in a full website redesign. All graphics at toyonassociates.com are designed by me!
I now lead Marketing and Communications, which spans a number of different responsibilities. I manage all internal and external communication, from content design to copy writing. This includes email campaigns, executive presentations, internal reports, newsletters, and external announcements. On a daily basis, I work with a variety of leaders from our business development and service line teams to provide them the materials they need to communicate with their clients.
I also oversee agreement and contract preparation. I am responsible for creating all agreements, contracts, and proposals between Toyon Associates and our clients. Recently, I implemented an updated process to streamline agreement management to increase efficiency and minimize human error.
